Terms of Service

MyGLP1App LLC offers MyGLP1App with Free functionality that remains available without a purchase, including core manual tracking and the service's privacy and security controls. The installed iOS and Android apps may offer optional Premium features as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, included benefits, and any introductory offer that applies to your store account. Store-displayed terms at confirmation control if they differ from an estimate or other non-store description.

An advertised one-month free trial on either the monthly or annual plan is available only when the Apple App Store or Google Play marks your account eligible and you choose Premium and confirm the purchase. A trial never starts merely because you download MyGLP1App or create an account. Unless you cancel through the store before the trial ends, the store charges the displayed subscription price when the trial converts. Subscriptions then renew automatically for the selected period, and the store charges your account, until you cancel.

Use Subscription settings in the installed app to restore purchases or open the subscription-management page for the store where you purchased. Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily leaves Premium access active through the end of the already-paid period, subject to the store's terms. When Premium expires, Premium automation and convenience features stop, but your account, saved data, and Free functionality remain available. Restoring or subscribing again can re-enable Premium without deleting that data.

Apple or Google processes payment and determines billing, trial eligibility, cancellation timing, taxes, and refunds under its rules and applicable law. Refunds are not automatic and should be requested through the store that processed the purchase. Contact support@myglp1app.com if you need help identifying or troubleshooting a Premium purchase.

Deleting MyGLP1App or deleting your MyGLP1App account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the purchasing store before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.

MyGLP1App is a personal recordkeeping and appointment-preparation tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose, replace a clinician, or create a clinician-patient relationship. Information, calculations, summaries, and trends in the service may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be used as the sole basis for a medical decision.

Always confirm medication and dosing decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service; do not rely on MyGLP1App.

The optional AI meal estimate is a rough, automatically generated approximation of a meal's macros from a description or photo. It is not a nutrition label, is not independently verified, and may be inaccurate — review it before relying on it.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You give MyGLP1App permission to host, process, display, and back up that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for reviewing any imported or generated information. Settings lets you export your data, delete tracked entries, and permanently delete your account. Account deletion is irreversible.

Optional progress photos remain your content. Premium is required to add photos and use comparison tools, but a subscription is never required to view, download, export, or delete photos you already supplied. MyGLP1App does not analyze bodies or infer health conditions from these images.

You may use MyGLP1App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

• access another person's account or submit information without authorization;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security controls;
• use automated means to scrape the service or create abusive traffic;
• upload malicious code or content that violates another person's rights; or
• present MyGLP1App output as medical advice or use the service to provide unlicensed medical care.

To the extent permitted by law, MyGLP1App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or medical accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, MyGLP1App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. You remain responsible for medical decisions, maintaining independent copies of information you need, and reviewing entries and reports before relying on them.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
